The winner of our August survey was Johnny Tucker from West Lafayette, he won $25.00 for filling out our on line survey.

Our next survey will be released by mid-October and we will be giving more cash away just for completing the survey. This survey will be available through our email newsletters, the website and in the lobbies.

Bank employees once again will don pink on Friday’s in October to raise awareness of breast cancer. Employees will donate money to wear casual clothes along with pink attire. Proceeds of the month long promotion will be given to the Benton County Cancer Association.

The 2011 Christmas Club accounts have been disbursed for this year’s shopping sprees. You can now start your savings plan for the 2012 shopping year. What a great way to set aside money for holiday shopping all throughout the year.

Clint and Kendra join the Bank as participants in the BCSC Co-op student program. Clint is the son of Chris and Teresa Knowles of Oxford and Kendra is the daughter of Joan Sondgeroth of Fowler. Both students will be working half days at the Main Office.

Kristin Kuntz, daughter of Mark & Susie Mayhew from Kentland, resides in Fowler with husband Jeremy and daughter MaKenna. Kristin will be filling in part-time as a teller, mostly at the Grant Avenue and Main Office. Terri Livingston resides in Fowler and will become a full time employee at the Grant Avenue branch location.

Employees volunteered for this annual Fowler event on Saturday September 24th. This is just one of many ways to demonstrate we care about our communities.

We’ve probably mentioned this here before, but reminders never hurt anyone. The area corn and soybean harvest is hitting full steam. Please be on the lookout for equipment traveling on the roads. A car traveling at normal speeds can come up on a slower moving tractor or combine in no time! Please be careful.
